RETURNS - WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

As the Customer you have the right to rescind the sales contract without cause. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the purchased product.

HOW TO SUBMIT NOTICE OF RESCISSION?

To exercise the right of rescission, you must submit a clear notice of rescission to MaxiEcu using one of the following channels:

  • by post to: MaxiEcu Sp. z o.o. Sp. k, ul. Fleszarowej-Muskat 7, 81-589 Gdynia, POLAND,
  • by e-mail to: shop@maxiecu.com,
  • by filling in and submitting the online form available on website "Returns & complaint form".

Please note! Each of the notice submission methods is admissible and they are all equally effective. We recommends the online form only because it is an easy and quick method.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCEDURE TAKE?

Within 14 days from the return being accepted by the our shop the Customer will receive an e-mail notifying about the transfer of an amount due to their account.

WHAT CONDITIONS A PRODUCT THAT I WANT TO RETURN MUST FULFIL?

The returned product must be sent back in the same condition that it was delivered. It cannot be damaged or destroyed. It has to be in as-new condition with original labels and packaging. To return a product:

  • Pack it carefully and secure the parcel.
  • Send the returned product with the proof of purchase (a receipt, VAT invoice) to the following address:

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

According to the Act of 27th July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, Item 1176 as amended) the Seller is responsible for the nonconformity of a product with the agreement within 2 years from the purchase date.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCEDURE TAKE?

The Technical Department will review the complaint within 14 days from receiving the shipment from the Customer. The decision about the complaint will be sent to you in an e-mail.

If the complaint is decided in favor and:

  • a cash return is granted, you will receive the due amount via a bank transfer to the account specified in the complaint procedure within 14 days from the decision on the complaint,
  • the product is going to be repaired or replaced with a new one, you will receive the shipment with the product within 14 days from the decision on the complaint.

If the complaint is decided in favor, the Product will be sent to the Customer at the expense of the shop. If the complaint is not accepted by the shop, the shipment cost is borne by the Customer.
